We welcome you into the studio on Friday evening for an introduction, followed by a Mindful Movement class. Dinner follows prepared & served by a local chef, giving you chance to get to know your fellow guests. We close with a meditation practice, preparing you for a restful night of sleep.
Saturday morning we welcome the day with sunrise meditation followed by breakfast and a Functional Mobility practice, focussing on strength and stability.
Lunch will be served and then a guided hike awaits. We set off across the Cotswold hills, taking in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area and Severn Estuary. Returning to the studio, a gentle hip class will be followed by Yoga Nidra, to experience a deep state of relaxation.
Dinner will be served and the day will finish with a meditation practice, setting you up for another good night of sleep.
Sunday morning meditation greets the day ahead of breakfast and an energising Yoga practice, focussing on Chest Opening and Backbends. Another hike across a different route on the hills will offer stunning views across the bridges into Wales. Lunch will be served as we return to base.
Arrival time is Friday at 4pm and we bid you farewell on Sunday at 3pm.
Accommodation
We offer a range of accommodation, including a Master ensuite, a Twin ensuite, and a further 2 rooms with a shared bathroom, providing accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests.
All rooms have a modern feel with home comforts. Refreshments are available throughout the weekend, with a little treat to enjoy while taking in the countryside air & views on the hikes.
Please note, our twin rooms are for 2 people, however we can allocate one for a single guest.
We do not charge a single supplement for this.

Hiking in the Cotswolds
Our weekend retreats will include a daily hike across the surrounding hills. Walking up to 3 hours each day along the famous Cotswold Way, taking in stunning views across the Severn estuary, the Welsh mountains and local countryside.
